A full semen analysis measures count, motility, and morphology. The results are a physician-reviewed read on your fertility and one of the body's most honest signals of hormonal, metabolic, and cardiovascular health. You get clear results in 48 hours.

Do I have to store my sample?

No. Testing is completely standalone. Many people start with a test just to understand where they stand. If you want the option to build a family later, you can add secure cryogenic storage — but it's entirely your choice.

What’s included in the kit?

Everything required for accurate, compliant at-home collection: physician-informed instructions, a sterile collection cup, preservative solution, return packaging, and a pre-paid overnight return label with tracking.

When does storage billing being?

Only if you choose to store. Your first year of storage is included with the Preserve kit. After that, storage renews at $149 per year until you cancel. You can cancel any time.

Is it discreet?

Yes. Your kit ships in unmarked packaging from the moment it leaves us, and your sample is handled under your authorization, always. Emperor never shares or accesses it without your written consent.
